It&#8217;s also important that you avoid water exposure in the hours following your procedure, as bacteria can enter through open wounds when exposed to moisture from swimming or bathing, leading to infections such as MRSA or other staph infections.<\/p>\n<p>Often, when people want to get their ears pierced, they are worried about the pain. However, there is an easier option for those who do not like needles or piercings that involve more than one hole. The most painless ear piercing method is called a stud-through. This procedure does not use any needle and instead only requires the person to lie down while someone else pushes a tiny metal bar through one earlobe and out the other side before attaching it with a small screw on top of each end.
